No included papers. Plug with light bulb and additional piece to connect to inside lights does not have any matching sticker. Immediate condition notes – box shows definite wear including tearing. House has a few concern places of chipping and paint peel on side of house – see photos for close detail. Does have the skeleton accessory and all bats appear to be present on the front. Neat piece that could be used for replacement. Again please reference photos for the areas of chipping and peeling pointed out.
