Item #54947. Pre-owned and tested. There is one small chip on the upper rear roof edge (shown in photos). Otherwise, the building displays beautifully with no major cracks observed. The original box and foam inserts are included; the box shows noticeable storage wear including creases, crushed corners, edge wear, tears, and discoloration from age.
