Heritage furniture store in box. Comes as is. Item appears in great condition! Two pieces broken off which are displayed. The sign has missing metal circle to hold sign display together. The other broken piece is the angel blowing a horn. Box window is caved in a little. Comes used in the box. Has been tested and lights up like normal. No issues with the battery pack. Batteries not included. This item dates from 2003 vintage Christmas town display. Missing top golden gate. Has one of two gates by roof. 10.5 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Just over 3 lbs.
