So, I would say this is a Rare and Hard to Find Collectible. Light works great and has a on/off toggle switch. Building looks to be hand painted. Looks like Wood and Resin materials. All looks intact except it looks like a little puff ball broke off on the top of the Man’s Hat – but it broke off in the back so you cannot see it from the front when displaying it.
