The Train Depot is white plaster and the box provides an idea of the colors to paint it. Kit includes plaster train depot, paint, glitter paint, and paint brush. This kit is from 2012 and as is usual for older paint kits, the paint looks like most of it is dry, so other paint will likely be needed.
